Resilient bodies are the foundation of de-modernizing and creating the lives we wish to live. Resilience requires a strong and adaptable body-mind, able to tackle any environment, movement or skill.

UNmodern is not a fitness fad or routine. It is more of a lifestyle. We want people to realize that their bodies are powerful and can do anything, full of energy and vitality. Don't get stuck in the common modern human trap; simply going to work and running on a treadmill, repeat.

By using Kinstretch, Functional Range Conditioning and MovNat I can help you achieve the capacity and strength to move the way you want to move. Our modern world can cause havoc on our body-mind, and going UNMODERN is a much needed escape from all the gadgets, cars, chairs, emails, work life, and frankenfoods; let's return to our roots and use our bodies like they were meant to. Instead of heading to gym and running on machines and lifting machines, lets move our bodies as they were designed to do, freely and with strength.
